Perseuss LLC operates labels43.com and the Labels43 hosted warehouse software and APIs. This policy explains how we handle personal information through those services, our sales conversations, and support. Our address is 33 Ashland Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052, United States.
When we process shopper or warehouse worker information on a customer’s behalf, that customer determines its use of the information. The customer’s privacy notices and any applicable data processing agreement also apply. Our Terms of Service govern use of the services.
Information we receive
Contact and account information may include your name, business, role, email address, phone number, account details, and information you share when booking a call or asking for support.
Connected service information may include store and order details, customer names and shipping addresses, contact information, inventory and SKU records, package measurements, shipping labels, tracking information, warehouse activity, labor events, and credentials for the systems you authorize us to connect.
Operational information may include API requests, audit events, errors, access records, IP addresses, browser or device information, and communications needed to operate and support the services. The information available depends on your deployment and the integrations you enable.
How we use information
We use information to provide and support the services, authenticate authorized users, maintain inventory and shipment records, generate rates and labels, sync connected systems, investigate errors, secure deployments, and respond to requests.
We also use business contact information to answer inquiries, arrange calls, discuss our services, and send relevant service communications. We may use information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the services and the rights of our customers and others.
Sharing and connected providers
We share information with service providers where needed for hosting, infrastructure, support, scheduling, and the integrations you enable. For example, a carrier or shipping provider may receive a destination address and package information to return a rate or generate a label. Your WMS may receive shipment results and tracking details.
If you direct information to an AI tool, communications service, printer service, or another integration, its provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Access to source code or SQL does not automatically authorize every external tool to access your data. You control the credentials and permissions you grant.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not publish customer databases as part of making source code available.
Website videos, images, and scheduling
Video previews use images hosted by YouTube. Requesting those images sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, to the image host. Video players load only when you press play and use YouTube’s privacy enhanced embed domain. Google’s privacy policy applies to its services.
Booking links take you to Calendly, which handles information you submit under its own privacy policy. LinkedIn and other external links take you to independently operated services. With your permission, this marketing website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, device and browser information, and interactions such as clicks on booking links. Analytics may use cookies. The analytics tag loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. We do not send WMS API payloads or database records through this marketing analytics setup. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Connected services may use their own cookies or local storage when you interact with them.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing your services, maintaining operational records, meeting legal requirements, and resolving disputes. Retention and deletion for customer deployments may also be governed by the customer agreement, backup practices, and applicable law.
We use safeguards designed to protect information and restrict unauthorized access. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and reviewing access granted to users, agents, and connected tools.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Certain records may need to be retained where legally required or permitted.
If your information was provided by a merchant or warehouse customer, contact that business first. We assist our customers with requests concerning information we process on their behalf. You may ask us to stop marketing emails; essential account and service messages may still be sent.
International processing and children
We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable requirements and contractual arrangements. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Labels43 is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately so that we can investigate and address the request.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law or agreement.
